You should definitely be able to get a decent meal for around 150 CZK, especially at cheap Asian places. However, for a higher quality meal at a good place, aim for around 200-250 CZK. Consider Vinohradska Parlament for a casual and quick, but nice looking, place with a mix of traditional and modern dishes.

London is a very expensive rip off. I don't know why anyone lives there! Prague is a hell of a lot cheaper. As unclegus says, your £6 pint in London will cost £2 or less in Prague! Same with food in restaurants, and public transport is incredibly cheap.
There are MANY many restaurants in Prague, of all types. Some of them are outrageously priced (we avoided those) but most of them, it's possible to get a good to great meal for modest prices.
